LQD Communications, Inc specializes in Systems Engineering, Program/Project Management, Project Assessments, Business/Customer Relations and Business Development in support of the development, integration, production, and sustainment of C5ISR Systems in support of the Department of Defense Services, Combatant Commands, Special Operations Forces, Intelligence Community, and other Government/Federal Agencies. 

LQD Communications, Inc has access to and utilizes Systems Engineering, Project Management, and Program Assessment Tools and Processes that are tailored to support rapid development and fielding of specialized C5ISR Systems for unique customers and requirements. 

The LQD Communications, Inc sole owner/employee, Mr. John Dade has over 31 years of experience rapidly developing and delivering advanced C5ISR Systems to DOD, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and other government agencies. During his career with the Navy as a DOD Civilian, Mr. Dade held roles as a Lead Engineer, Program and Project Manager, Chief Engineer, Branch Director, Deputy Division Director and Division Director all of which were in support of fixed, mobile, transportable and dismounted Communications, IT and AVMM systems.  

Mr. Dade has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science Technical Management Degree from The Johns Hopkins University G.W.C. Whiting School of Engineering. 

• Experience and expertise developing and leading organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI) C5ISR Programs and Projects for a broad range of DoD and non-DoD customers, including joint forces commands, warfighters and disaster recover/first responders.

• Experienced and expertise with DOD/SOF Unique RF and Network Communications Technologies, Systems, Platforms and Missions.

• Experience and expertise developing, tailoring and applying Project Management and Systems Engineering Processes, Tools, Templates and Artifacts in support of rapid oLSI C5ISR projects.

• Experience developing and implementing quality assurance programs and conducting project and program assessments.

• Established business/customer relations within the SOF C5ISR Community as well as NAWCAD WOLF and NAVAIR.
